Product level benefits provide a way for you to reward patrons when they purchase ticket packages, memberships, or make a donation. Product level discounts remove the hassle of remembering codes and let patrons feel special from the moment they log into their account.

Purchase Discounts

Easily give patrons automatic dollar or percentage based discounts on single ticket purchases. It can be assigned as a benefit for a Ticket Package, Donation, or Membership product purchase.

When a logged in ticket buyer has a Price Discounts and Fee Waiver benefit applied to their account, those benefits are automatically deducted from all pricing calculations. But the really nice part is the visual affirmation in the form of old prices getting scratched out along with text confirming their benefits are recognized and getting applied.

When a logged in ticket buyer has valid Vouchers, they system automatically knows which events they can be applied and provides ticket buyers with a user friendly interface to apply as many as they want to the purchase.

Promo Codes are entered in the checkout and can be structured to provide a wide variety of usage conditions. You can also create codes for specific users, groups of users, and even admin only codes.

Credits are another benefit applied directly in the checkout. Patrons receive a visual notification in the checkout whenever credit is available.
