UpStage Technologies Expands Collaboration with Columbia College Chicago for Advanced Box Office Software Analysis Course

Building on the success of previous coursework, UpStage has worked closely with faculty to refine and enhance its role in the curriculum, culminating in a new group-based analysis project.

Students will engage in a hands-on, structured dive into UpStage’s ticketing and CRM solutions. Each student will engage with the platform using a comprehensive Admin Competency Checklist, gaining direct experience in key box office manager skills, including patron management, event setup, ticketing operations, and pricing strategies. Following individual assessments, students will collaborate to compile feedback and present their usability recommendations to Drew McManus, CEO of UpStage Technologies, during an in-class session.
