Transactions

Products

Memberships, ticket packages, and their corresponding sales pages for my.app live here too. Publish an event with tickets attached and ticket products are generated automatically: ready for title changes, pricing adjustments, and access configuration. Everything your earned income bottom line needs, in one place.

Events

No event happens without infrastructure. Events dashboards give admins everything they need to build it. Create and edit general admission or reserved seating events, manage venues, and design Seating Chart templates that become the foundation for your sales maps. Attach tickets to seats, apply seating options, and build as many pricing configuration maps as your productions require. Once a seating chart template connects to a published event, Seating Chart products are generated and fully editable: which tickets, which seats, which options. Your venue, your rules.

Benefits

The right incentive at the right moment changes everything. Benefit dashboards are where admins create the tools to make that happen. Build ticket vouchers, promo codes, purchase discounts, and fee waivers, all attachable directly to products so patrons receive them automatically at purchase. Credits work differently: admins create and assign them to users manually, giving your team precise control when the situation calls for it. Access every gift card sale and manage existing gift card purchases from a single dashboard. Whether you’re running a flash promotion or rewarding a specific patron, the tools are here and ready.

Fundraising

Fundraising is the lifeblood of nonprofit performing arts. This dashboard gives admins a complete development toolkit: create funds, campaigns, and donation products for both one-time and recurring giving. Build Donation Pages and assign products directly to my.app for seamless patron giving. Manage door cultivation, grants, and pledges without jumping between systems. Admin Tools
